Cellular Specialties Inc. is a growing privately-held company in the exciting industry of wireless communications. Due to our continued growth, we have a new position responsible for providing administrative support to our sales and marketing organizations. DUTIES:
Product Sales Support:
• Generate quotes
• Sales order entry
• Order confirmations. Communicate to customer order confirm and shipping/lead time detail
• Update the sales board (3x a week)
• Compile data and complete monthly bookings report
• Update and send open orders reports for key customers
• Track in bound product leads in Sage
- Report monthly leads to distributors
- Utilize CRM system to maintain product sales and marketing contacts and records. Run reports
• Create, maintain, and prepare information packages (hard and/or soft copy), training manuals as needed
• General administrative support for scheduling meetings, obtaining collateral, etc.
• Interact with customers and internal employees to achieve results
Marketing Support:
• Assist with the coordination of marketing events including tradeshows, webinars, vendor showcases, and conferences
• Assist with the execution of product releases and media efforts
• Order and maintain marketing supplies and promotional items
• Website updates including the creation of new pages
• Layout and design of Company newsletter and enewsletter. Assist with advertising design and layout as needed
• Provide administrative support including the development and maintenance of monthly marketing reports, budget updates, purchase order entry/approval, and additional duties as assigned
• Interact with a variety of vendors and internal employees to achieve results
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED:
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Strong written communication skills
• Effective interpersonal skills to consult and maintain relationships with a variety of internal/external contacts
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suites a plus
