Cellular Specialties Inc. has been in business for over 10 years specializing in the turn key installation of both fiber and coax in-building DAS systems. We have installed over 6,000 of these systems across the United States including high profile installations at the US Supreme Court, Arizona Cardinals Stadium, Toyota Lexus US Headquarters, Intel, Anhauser-Busch, to name a few. We are an approved vendor for all the major US wireless carriers and a custom solutions integrator who can offer our clients a wide range of products and services.We are looking for a training specialist who will be responsible for providing technical training specific to the company’s wireless in-building distributed antenna systems (DAS) and the vendor products that compose the DAS. The CSG Training Specialist is focused on enhancing the performance of both regionally based Technical Partners and Project Managers with training programs developed by the specialist and in association with DAS product vendors. Training will encompass webinars, training manuals and in field training.
National travel is required.
PRIMARY DUTIES –
• Proactively work with the Sales organization and the Project Managers to identify core competencies that require Technical Partner and Project Management training.
• Design and develop training curriculum, presentations and related materials.
• Develop training manuals for installation of DAS structures including coax and fiber optic installation.
• Deliver technical training presentations to Technical Partner, Project Management and business audiences.
• Conduct training at regional locations throughout the USA.
• Be responsible for scheduling the training in concert with Project Managers.
• Be the repository for CSG policies, procedures and standards as they involve Training, Workmanship processes, test procedures and methods.
• Develop certain to be defined processes, procedure and standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 2 to 5 plus years experience performing technical training and support.
• Must have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Cellular and PCS Service Providers technologies (CDMA, EVDO etc.) is mandatory.
• In-building wireless network experience is highly desirable.
• Knowledge in TCP/IP LAN networks and Wi-Fi is desirable
• Knowledge of Data Collection Software is desirable (Data Pro, Agilent)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be able to travel 50% of the time
• Valid driver’s license
