Description
Our client in Salem is looking for a Construction Coordinator. Candidate will be assisting constructions teams in project management support functions including, but not limited to, individual site documentation coordination, purchase order requisitions, project tracking, and other general administrative activities.


Work Functions Include:
-Work with project teams, customers and vendors to acquire project related documents for closeout packages.
-Assist in the updating of customer peroject databases such as Siterra
-Provide administrative support for the customer purchase order process to ensure accurate and up-to-date PO's
-Support the process of requesting and tracking for work authorizations for items not included in the scope of work
-Complete audit functions to validate project related invoices
-Provide support to project control team to ensure accurate and timely project reporting
-Meet periodic (monthly, quarterly, annual) reporting deadlines
-Attend management, project team and customer meetings as requested by the construction manager
-Provide general project management support to the construction manager and the team
-Track various project related items using Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and Access
-Maintain, update, or create datababse information
-Complete special assignments for managers, which require collecting, organizing, and analyzing data and producing reports

Required Skills and Experience:
-Previous office experience in construction a plus
-PRior experience with telecommunications a plus
-Knowledge of site acquisition, zoning, and/or construction services for wireless carriers
-Positive attitude and a willingness to partner with others
-Ability to work independently
-Self-starter with a strong work ethic
-Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects
-Strong analytical and time management skills and able to prioritize special projects
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
-Advanced level proficiency in MS Office applications - Word, Excel, V-Lookups, Macros
